Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 egg yolk (used soft boiled/pasteurized egg if you don’t want to use raw)
1/2 cup Olive+Hive Tuscan Herb infused Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Olive+Hive Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
pinch dry mustard
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a small bow, mix well until fully combines, and use immediately. For added creaminess and garlic flavor, let sit in fridge for 10 minutes before use.
