Ingredients:
4 Butterfly Pork Chops
Sea Salt and ground black pepper
1/4 cup Black Cherry Olive+Hive Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
Preparation:
Heat the grill to 500°F.
Wash the pork chops, pat them dry, and season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic and Dijon to make a glaze.
Place the pork chops on the grill and use a pastry brush to quickly brush one-quarter of the glaze over the chops. Grill for 3-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops, with the lid of the barbecue down, giving the balsamic a chance to caramelize. Flip the chops and brush them again with one-quarter of the glaze. Flip two more times until the glaze is finished and the chops are well browned and cooked through. Serve immediately with salad and plenty of sunshine.
