Tuscan Herb Olive Oil Croutons
The perfect addition to any Caesar Salad, these croutons are great on top of soup too. They are made with Olive+Hive Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil.

Ingredients:
6 slices fresh or day-old bread
1/2 cup Olive+Hive Tuscan Herb infused Olive Oil
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes, leave the crusts on the bread for extra texture, then place them into a large bowl, and toss with the other ingredients.
When the bread is evenly coated, place the cubes on a rimmed baking tray on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 35 minutes, stirring a couple times to ensure even browning. They will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 week.
